Kirk joined Howden as Group Head of Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing in June 2022. He is responsible for the Group’s approach to cash compensation, equity awards and our benefits and wellbeing proposition. Prior to joining Howden he held senior global HR Director roles in the investment banking and fund management sectors.
